At the April 22, 2024, Annual Meeting of the Membership, the nomination results were announced for the Board of Directors and Audit Committee. The following individuals were re-elected to 3-year terms ending in 2027:

• Nicole Montgomery was re-elected for a three-year term ending in 2027

• Yvonne Esquibel Smith was elected as Vice Chair
