Kelley Ferguson
For more than 25 years, Kelley has maintained a singular focus: Make Numerica a winner. His playbook: Adapt. Grow. Give back.
Kelley is a champion of the upgrade. Whether entering new markets or responding to a pandemic, Kelley sees opportunities for optimization. When he was Numerica’s chief information officer, Kelley captained the credit union through wave upon wave of adaptations. The digital age ushered in the need for core conversions and online banking innovations. Kelley’s leadership kept Numerica nimble and on the forefront. With each change, he prioritized member safety. He’s a trusted voice in data security, tapped by NBC’s Today Show among others to share his expertise.
If Numerica’s trajectory is any indication, versatility connects to growth. The credit union had 6 branches and $150 million in assets when Kelley joined the team in 1998. It's now 21 branches and more than $4 billion in assets. He currently oversees more than a dozen departments as chief administration officer. Kelley’s talents for organizational alignment and strategic planning are as important as ever.
During his time at the credit union, Kelley has prioritized his own growth. He’s achieved numerous certifications and 3 degrees. He’s a proud Pirate, Bulldog, and Cougar — bachelor’s from Whitworth, master’s in organizational leadership from Gonzaga, and MBA from Washington State. He also earned certification from the Credit Union Executive Society as a Certified Chief Executive.
At his core, Kelley is a servant leader devoted to his neighbors. A Spokane native and Rogers High School grad, he’s a fierce advocate of the community. He helps activate youth to serve and lead with compassion through Generation Alive, where he is a longtime board member and past chair. He also helps get food to people who need it most through his service on the Second Harvest board. In his free time, Kelley loves all things sports and family.
